Course Entry Requirements (for Design Fundamentals entry)

  • English – IELTS 5.5 (Academic) or equivalent (Pathways available through Billy Blue English School)
  • Minimum Age – 17 years


Course Entry Requirements (for Year 1 entry)

  • Academic – high school graduation
  • English – IELTS 6.0 (Academic) or equivalent (e.g. successful completion of the GA Bridging Program at Billy Blue English School)
  • Other – portfolio of recent creative work (6-10 examples of original work)
  • Minimum Age – 18 years


William Blue International Hotel Management School
Course Entry Requirements


  • Academic – high school graduation
  • English – IELTS 6.0 (Academic) or equivalent (e.g. successful completion of the HM Bridging Program at Billy Blue English School)
  • Minimum Age – 18 Years
  • Other – Completed Satement of Purpose, Interview required for all applications made in Australia


Support Services and Facilities


Billy Blue English School has an Academic Counsellor and a Welfare Counsellor to assist and advise students during their stay at Billy Blue, as well as to assist with information on, and applications for, further study opportunities.
The School also provides a range of weekly actvities and excursions for students, and a Job Club for Working Holiday Visa and Student Visa Holders (with Work Permission) who require assistance and advice for their job search.


Billy Blue School of Graphic Arts & William Blue International Hotel Management School


School Counsellors (Coordinators) are available to assist students with any problems they may encounter during their time at Billy Blue. This support includes help with specific aspects of study projects, advice on how to conduct research for a brief or project, or help with any personal problems which may be affecting their studies.

If, at any time, more specialised assistance is required, than that which can be provided by the School Counsellors or Heads of School, the Coordinator will arrange external specialist consultants/organisations to provide this assistance.
