Overview

Many of us spend years searching for a career in which we will have the freedom to express ourselves creatively. Finding such a career will depend on alot of things one being how can I express myself and make an income at the same time, two being where can I go to learn how to make an income from my creative outlet.

This is where Billy Blue College comes in, Billy Blue is a design college. Starting out as a small specialist college it has begun to expand due to ongoing demand for their courses. Lets face it who wouldn't like to learn how to make an income from doing something they are passionate about?

Location

Billy Blue College is located in North Sydney, New South Wales. Close to public transport, cafe's, ample parking, entertainment and plenty of accommodation. As well as being a quick trip to Sydney CBD, Sydney is Australia's busiest and most multi-cultural city with people from over two hundred different countries calling this city home.

It is a lively and welcoming city with plenty to do and see. Home of Australian icons such as the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, both open for tourists and locals to experience. Or you could take a stroll on Bondi Beach where you might even spot a celebrity or two.

Campus

Being a specialist college, Billy Blue College is specially set up for those keen to start a career in design or for those wanting to expand on the career they already have. A state of the art college where they refer to their teachers as Professional Teachers instead of Teaching Professionals.

Facilities at the college include a Learning Resource Centre, Auditorium, Student Lounge Area, Brasserie and its own food court. With student services readily available the college has set out to make students feel as welcome and comfortable as possible.

Courses

Courses are available for study full time, with some evening classes available for those wishing to study part time. Entry requirements include a successful completion of Australian Year 10, a design port folio as well as sound knowledge of the English language. If you are new to the English language it is desirable that you complete a General English course before commencement of study with the college.
